Located just right off 30A, this three-bedroom cottage is a short convenient walk to the beach and the private pool is secluded, tranquil and beautiful. Brentwood Beach Bungalow is a one-story cottage perfect for families or small groups. The home has plenty of parking with 2 car driveway and extra parking around the side of home to accommodate all your cars including room to park a boat or RV. When you walk into the home you will find a living room, dining area and full kitchen decorated with gorgeous granite countertops and equipped with stainless-steel appliances. There are three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer and a beautiful patio featuring a private heated pool with bbq grill, fire pit, dining table/chairs and chaise lounge chairs to relax by the pool. Brentwood Beach Bungalow is located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, United States. 30A is just a short ten-minute drive to Silver sands factory outlet mall as well as all the family and adult activities of Sandestin. Down the street is Gulf place, with lots of great restaurants, shopping boutiques, ice cream, liquor store, summer concerts, artist fairs and continuous entertainment options. The quaint villages of Grayton Beach, watercolor, and seaside are just 4-8 miles down the beach highway. The closet beach access is right across the street at Spooky Lane and is easily walkable. There are 5 public beach accesses with clean public facilities and plenty of parking right down the street and include Ed Walline Beach, Gulfview Heights, Dune Allen, Fort Panic and Blue Mountain Beach. This charming home is perfect for families or get togethers. It has plenty of space for parking and is private. There are not any HOA rules to worry about and with the private heated pool in the backyard, beach across the street with restaurants, bars, ice cream and shopping all down the street you have it all. All linens are laundered and sanitized after every stay for your peace of mind. There is an optional charge of $50 per day to heat pool for the entire duration of your stay. Pets are accepted with prior approval based on size, breed. There is a $25 per day / per pet fee, $100 additional pet cleaning fee and a $250 refundable pet deposit.Pets are not allowed on beds, if pet hair is found on beds guest will be notified and charged for replacement linens. ✅ Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
