There are three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer and a beautiful patio featuring a private heated pool with bbq grill, fire pit, dining table/chairs and chaise lounge chairs to relax by the pool. The quaint villages of Grayton Beach, watercolor, and seaside are just 4-8 miles down the beach highway. The closet beach access is right across the street at Spooky Lane and is easily walkable. There are 5 public beach accesses with clean public facilities and plenty of parking right down the street and include Ed Walline Beach, Gulfview Heights, Dune Allen, Fort Panic and Blue Mountain Beach. This charming home is perfect for families or get togethers. It has plenty of space for parking and is private. There are not any HOA rules to worry about and with the private heated pool in the backyard, beach across the street with restaurants, bars, ice cream and shopping all down the street you have it all. All linens are laundered and sanitized after every stay for your peace of mind. There is an optional charge of $50 per day to heat pool for the entire duration of your stay.
