The stunning blue waters of Santa Rosa Beach are just half a mile away. This charming beach cottage is conveniently situated on a cul-de-sac near the tropical swimming pool at Cypress Breeze. Accommodating up to 8 guests, it features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a large living area. There’s also a loft with a workstation, including a desk, chair, and monitor. The screened patio and back porch, complete with a gas grill, provide ample space for the whole family to relax and unwind. The cottage is beautifully designed to reflect the casual beach lifestyle expected along the shores of 30A. With all-new furnishings and comfortable bedding, you will be the first to enjoy this professionally decorated beach house. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and a full pantry are just the beginning. The sunny and spacious living room features a large flat-screen television and comfortable seating. The dining area seats eight guests and provides access to the back porch. For your convenience, there is a full laundry room and complimentary Wi-Fi. All linens are laundered and sanitized at 180 degrees after every stay for your peace of mind. You’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to access your arrival instructions.
