The space Unit 248 is 2 story condo with entrance on the 2nd floor of the complex accessible by stairs. This bayside gem offers 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths making this an ideal space for small families or friend groups looking to enjoy the Gulf sun. This home will accommodate up to 8 guests utilizing the full sleeper sofa (2) and the Aero bed (2). The main living space features an open concept floor plan, stylish brick flooring, and high-end furnishings. The kitchen is decorated beautifully, a breakfast bar that seats 5, and all the appliances and utensils you need to cook up a fabulous meal. Eat here or use the 6-person dining table. This space leads to the living area with comfortable seating, queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. However, you'll be drawn to the private wrap-around balcony and the 6 French doors that open to a view of the community courtyard!
