Welcome to 30A Sandcastle, your spacious and stylish beach retreat in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach! This beautiful 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is spread across three floors, making it the perfect layout for large families or multiple groups traveling together. With two distinct living areas, everyone can find their own space to relax and unwind.

The main floor features a bright, open-concept living and dining area that flows into a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a breakfast bar. After a day at the beach, gather for a family dinner or relax on the private balcony. The entire home has been recently renovated and professionally furnished to provide a comfortable and luxurious stay.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights with $1500 in damage protection for your peace of mind. An additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Cancellation Policy: Guest receives full refund (less $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $10.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Early Check-in: An early check-in may be available for a fee of $10 per hour. Please note that availability cannot be guaranteed; please inquire in advance. A $250 replacement fee will be charged if it is lost. * Local Wildlife: You are in a natural coastal area, and you may occasionally encounter insects or other wildlife. Refunds will not be given for these occurrences.
