A private washer/dryer, high-speed internet, and cable TV add convenience, while the tasteful décor brings a touch of coastal charm.
As a guest, you’ll enjoy deeded beach access with daily concierge beach service (two chairs and an umbrella, March–Oct). Mainsail Resort offers a wealth of amenities, including heated pools, a hot tub, fitness center, clubhouse, basketball, grilling areas, and 24/7 gated security.
Located just minutes from shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store, the condo combines the ease of home with the beauty of the Emerald Coast. Guest parking fee for one vehicle is included, additional vehicle is $50. Primary guest must be 23+ to book.

Parking for one vehicle and an additional parking pass may be purchased for $50, overflow parking at Silver Sands Outlet Mall with shuttle service.
Early Check-in: An early check-in may be available for a fee of $10 per hour. Please note that availability cannot be guaranteed; please inquire in advance.

Cancellation Policy: Guest receives full refund (less $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
Booking Requirements: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1000 security hold. This is a pending transaction, not a charge. As an alternative, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $49 for stays up to 10 nights (with an additional $2 per day for longer stays). For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
