Enjoy incredible views from the living room, kitchen, dining room and large balcony. The balcony offers ample comfortable seating for your morning coffee, lunch, dinner or reading a book with a glass of wine as you listen to the calming waves crash onto the shore.

This property is located in the sought-after area of 30A and is within Gulf Place. Gulf Place has many shops, restaurants, a spa, nail salon, and a bike/kayak rental shop. There are also incredible outdoor concerts offered in the center of Gulf Place where you can picnic and listen to the sounds of local musicians. Private beach access is across the street, Perfect Pig restaurant, Pizza by the Sea and Sunrise coffee are all on site. Next door you will find the Shunk Gully restaurant and Pecan Jack's Ice Cream & Candy Shop. Everything you need is in close proximity to this condo.

NOTE: You must be 28 to book and stay at this property, smoking is prohibited and pets are not allowed under any circumstances other than a service animal required due to a disability.

Guest receives full refund (less $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
A $250 security deposit will be held the day before arrival and released within 3 days of departure with no damage to the property. If there is any damage, Santa Rosa Beach Vacation Rentals will notify you of the damage and approximate cost to repair or replace the item(s).

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

The owner's purchased this condo in 2021 and have renovated the kitchen, floors and bathrooms, they are all gorgeous.
