Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $10.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

HOA TRANSFER PROCESS: Only for long term rental (28 days or more). $250 (one month) membership transfer and golf fee must be paid directly to the HOA aditional $100 per month. $35 per cart transponder fee must be paid to HOA Green fees currently vary from $75 per player in peak season to $35 per player out of season and subject to change.
