Cypress Breeze offers the most impressive tropical resort swimming pool and waterfalls on 30A, and the gleaming blue waters of the beach at Santa Rosa are 1/2 mile away. This charming new beach cottage is perfectly situated on a cul-de-sac near the tropical swimming pool at Cypress Breeze. With 3 spacious upstairs bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a large living area and a screened in patio and porch with gas grill in the back there is room for the whole family to relax and unwind. The cottage is beautifully designed to reflect the casual beach lifestyle that is expected along the shores of 30A. With all new furnishings and comfortable bedding, you will be the first to enjoy this professionally decorated beach house. Granite countertops, stainless appliances, plenty of cabinet space and a full pantry are just the beginning. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Guest receives full refund (less $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
